I was perusing crêpes recipes yesterday (I have a hankering for crêpes right now) and it occurred to me that American-made crêpes always seemed to be lacking something that their French sires possessed. I hit http://google.fr and searched for recipes. Lo and behold, every French recipe had an ingredient that their American counterparts did not...rum. After translating from French to English and then from Metric to Imperial, I now have a crêpes recipe to try. ( Behold, the recipe )That seems to be a rather large amount of rum though. Has anyone tried similar recipes before? Tags: Crêpes, recipes Current Location: Work Current Mood: hungry
